Reviews
Reviews from Google, TripAdvisor and Facebook in one inbox — with AI-drafted replies your team approves before they post.
What is it?
Every review from Google, TripAdvisor and Facebook lands in a single inbox, sorted by venue. Each one shows the rating, the platform it came from, and how positive or negative it reads — so the queue tells you where to look first.
Your team replies inline, and AI can draft the response in your venue’s tone of voice. Nothing goes public until a person approves it. After a visit, Stampede can also invite guests to leave a review in the first place.
A review links to the guest who wrote it, where you can identify them, and to the venue it concerns. Recurring themes across your reviews group together, so you can see what guests keep mentioning right across the estate.
