Hardware

Wi-Fi access points, EPOS integrations, printers. The on-prem footprint that captures the signal.

What is it?

Every `HardwareDevice` (MikroTik access points, switches, routers) reports heartbeat and firmware status. The dashboard surfaces offline devices, degraded performance and venues missing coverage.

EPOS integrations and printer bindings are configured here too. The Operations surface is the single place to triage on-prem state across the estate.

Hardware drives Wi-Fi sessions, which drive presence signal into the Guest Profile. When devices go offline, the data graph quietly stops enriching — which is why the dashboard exists.
