One record, every signal

Guest Profile

One unified record per guest, with all their history pulled together. It’s the single source both your team and your guests draw from — everything else builds on it.

How it sits in the stack

This is the spine of the whole platform — one guest, one venue, one business — that everything else hangs off. There’s no second copy of guest data anywhere.

The guest profile is the single record for each guest in your business. Wi-Fi sign-ins, bookings, payments, reviews and loyalty all enrich the very same record, each one explicitly linked.

It’s also where GDPR lives. Erasing a guest follows every record linked to them, and personal data is flagged from the start — so the policy is enforced automatically, not left to a manual checklist.
