Orders & POS spend

Order capture, item-level spend, and the link from a guest to every penny they’ve put across the counter.

What is it?

Orders come from two paths. Stampede pre-orders are placed by guests before they arrive; live Square tickets stream in from the till as service runs. Both carry line items, prices and menu items, so spend is captured down to the dish.

Every order ties back to the venue and, where we can identify them, the guest who placed it. Group orders are split per contributor, with each guest’s amount and lead-payer attached — no more pooled bills.

All of that spend flows into the guest profile. The £ amount, what they ordered, allergens, the time of day — it all enriches who they are, ready to feed segments and campaigns later on.
