Overview
Requests are sent via email post-visit with your brand styling; timing is tunable. Guests tap through to your platform of choice (Google, TripAdvisor, etc.) to leave the review.
How it works
A visit event (booking completed or bill closed) triggers a scheduled send; the email routes the guest to the appropriate platform with your listing preloaded.

Where to find it
Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → Reviews. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
