What is it?
Every piece of personal information on a guest profile is marked as personal data from the outset. When you erase a guest, Stampede follows every record linked to them and removes their personal details, according to your policy.
You set how long data is kept. The UK default keeps personal data for 24 months after a guest’s last interaction; anonymous, aggregated figures are kept indefinitely so your reporting holds up.
Erasing a guest removes their personal details but keeps the shape of your numbers intact — so revenue per venue and segment counts don’t suddenly shift when someone exercises their right to be forgotten.
