Overview
Every voucher generated by a campaign or workflow is tracked individually; redemption happens at point-of-sale (via PayOS) or booking. Analytics ties issuance, redemption, and the bill behind it together.
How it works
Voucher codes are issued one-per-guest and instrumented so redemption at PayOS or in a booking links back to the originating campaign.

the moment a voucher is sent to a guest.
Redemption
the moment the voucher is applied to a bill or booking.
Realised revenue
the bill total where the voucher was applied.

Measure the true value of a promotion net of discount; compare redemption rates across offers.
Example
A "20% off starters" voucher is issued to 500 guests; 87 redeem, driving £3,400 in realised revenue on £680 of discount.
