Guest engagement analytics

Summarygenerating…

Overview

Cohorts and segments (new, returning, at-risk, lapsed) are tracked over time. The module surfaces how engagement changes with each campaign and workflow.

How it works

Engagement is derived from visits, bookings, opens, clicks, and loyalty actions per guest, then aggregated into lifecycle cohorts.

Core concepts

Cohort

a group of guests first seen in the same period.

Lifecycle stage

new, returning, at-risk, lapsed.

Retention

the share of a cohort still active after N weeks.

Usage & workflows

Diagnose retention issues early; measure the impact of lifecycle workflows.

Example

A 30-day at-risk cohort grows in size — the operator launches a targeted win-back and watches the cohort shrink over the following weeks.
