Overview

Reputation tiles show where your venue sits versus a competitor set on Google and TripAdvisor — average rating, new reviews per month, response rate.

How it works

Public review data is polled for the configured competitor set; the module computes comparisons against your own review metrics.

Usage & workflows

Identify gaps (response rate too low, velocity behind local average) and prioritise fixes.

Example

Your average rating is 4.6 vs local average 4.2, but velocity is 40% lower — the Reviews module's automated request campaign is enabled to close the gap.

Where to find it
Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → Analytics. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
