Overview
Every review is scored for sentiment by AI; the trend line shows shifts over time and can be filtered by venue or time period. Sharp dips trigger review.
How it works
Review text is passed to a sentiment model at capture time; scores roll up into the trend view. Themes (service, food, value, atmosphere) are extracted where possible.

topic extracted from review text (service, food, value, ambience).

how sentiment moves over rolling windows.

Where to find it
Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → Analytics. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
