Overview

Booking attribution credits the recent campaigns and workflows that reached a guest before they booked, across email, SMS, and other channels. Both first-touch and last-touch views are available.

How it works

Each guest's recent sends are recorded; when they book, the window of recent touches is attributed to the booking based on configurable rules.

First-touch / last-touch

which send in the path gets credit.

Attribution window

how far back to look for contributing sends.

Assisted booking

a booking influenced by a campaign but not directly clicked through.

Usage & workflows

Justify spend across channels; identify which workflows are driving incremental bookings.

Example

A monthly review shows SMS win-back workflows assist 18% of bookings even when the guest books organically afterwards.

Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → Analytics. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
