Table Bookings
Walk-in management
Summarygenerating…
Overview
Walk-ins are added from the floor plan or calendar; they occupy tables just like bookings, enrich the guest profile, and are measurable alongside reservations.
How it works
Staff tap "add walk-in", select table or accept auto-suggested seating, capture guest details (optional), and the arrival is tracked end-to-end.
Core concepts
Waitlist
ordered list of walk-ins queued for seating.
Quote
an estimated wait given at arrival.
Usage & workflows
High walk-in venues (pubs, casual-dining), overflow from reservations.
Example
On a busy Friday, walk-ins are added to a waitlist with a 20-minute quote; the system texts them when their table is ready.
