Overview
Bookings above a configurable threshold (party size, day, tag) can require a deposit or pre-order. Payment is taken through PayOS; the bill links to the booking record.
How it works
Deposit rules are configured per venue (party size ≥ 6, Friday night, private-dining tag, etc.). When triggered, the booking flow prompts for payment via PayOS before confirmation.

Example

Where to find it
Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → Bookings. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
