Overview
The floor plan visualises table occupancy in real time; the calendar view shows the day as a timeline. Drag-and-drop reassignment updates bookings and notifies guests where needed.
How it works
Floor plan state is driven by the bookings engine; edits propagate back to bookings and to any synced downstream systems.

Table
the physical unit with a capacity and location.
Section
a grouping of tables (e.g. patio, main room).
Reassignment
moving a booking to a different table.
Usage & workflows
Pre-service setup, mid-service changes, end-of-night walk-in optimisation.
Example
A staff member drags a booked party of four to a larger table to accommodate a walk-in six-top; the original booker is notified.

Where to find it
Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → Bookings. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
