Overview

Availability is computed live: open slots, current pace, and settings like turn time, maximum cover, and pacing rules all contribute. When slots are gone, they disappear from the booking flow immediately.

How it works

Every time a guest opens the booking flow, the backend computes available slots from the floor plan + booking settings. Slots update in real time as bookings come in or are cancelled.

Automatic front-of-house load balancing; reduces over-booking and no-shows.

Example

A busy Saturday closes out by 6pm; the booking flow automatically redirects late arrivals to the waitlist or the following day.

Where to find it

Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → Bookings. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
