Workflow builder

Summarygenerating…

Overview

Drag-and-drop steps combine email, SMS, delays, and branches to orchestrate journeys like first-visit onboarding, birthday offers, and post-visit review prompts. Workflows run until the guest exits or hits an end state.

How it works

A trigger (event or schedule) adds a guest to the workflow; each step executes in order; branches route guests based on conditions (opened the email, booked again, reached N days inactive). Exit conditions stop the workflow early.

Core concepts

Trigger

the event that enrols a guest (first visit, booking made, birthday, loyalty tier change).

Step

a send, delay, or branch.

Branch

a condition that routes the guest down one of several paths.

Exit condition

a rule that removes the guest from the workflow before completion.

Usage & workflows

Onboarding sequences, post-visit journeys, win-back flows, birthday and anniversary offers.

Example

A welcome workflow sends an email 1 hour after first Wi-Fi login, waits 3 days, sends a "come back" SMS if no booking has happened, and exits once the guest books.
