Unified guest profiles

Summarygenerating…

Overview

Rather than living in silos, every interaction a guest has with your venue lands on their profile. That profile becomes the unit of marketing: the thing audiences query, workflows target, and reports attribute to.

How it works

Each connected module writes to the profile: Table Bookings adds reservations and no-shows, Wi-Fi adds logins and dwell time, PayOS adds spend and line items, Loyalty adds points/rewards, and Reviews adds feedback and sentiment. Duplicates are merged on email/phone identity.

Core concepts

Identity

email and phone are the join keys that link records across modules.

Activity timeline

a chronological feed of every interaction on the profile.

Spend & visit totals

derived fields useful in audiences (lifetime value, visit count, last seen).

Usage & workflows

Pull up any guest to see their last booking, last visit, total spend, loyalty status, and the last email you sent them. Export a segment of profiles for analysis or campaign targeting.

Example

A regular who books weekly, logs into Wi-Fi each visit, and redeems loyalty rewards shows up as one high-value profile — not six disconnected records — making them easy to target for a VIP experience.
