Overview

Points programmes are best for variable spend; stamps work for high-frequency, predictable visits; tiers suit VIP segmentation. All three ship with wallet integration and are configurable per venue.

How it works

Programme type is set at configuration; rules for earning and redemption are defined in the admin. Multi-venue groups can run different types at different venues.

Core concepts

Points

numeric balance accrued per transaction.

Stamp

one per qualifying event; N stamps = a reward.

Tier

threshold-based level (silver/gold/platinum) with associated perks.

Usage & workflows

Configure based on visit frequency and average spend profile per venue.

Example

A coffee shop runs a "10 stamps = free coffee" programme; a fine-dining sister venue runs tiers with escalating perks.

Where to find it

Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → Loyalty. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
