How it works
Balances live on the guest profile, not per-venue. Rewards are marked global or venue-scoped; redemption enforces those scopes at checkout.

Where to find it
Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → Loyalty. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
