Overview

Because Loyalty writes to the same profile as every other module, marketing audiences can target tiers, stamp counts, rewards earned, and redemption behaviour.

How it works

Loyalty events (enrolled, points earned, tier changed, reward redeemed) land on the profile; they're queryable in audiences and triggerable in workflows.

Audience criterion

filter on loyalty state (e.g. "gold tier, no visit in 30 days").

Workflow trigger

e.g. "on tier upgrade".

Lifecycle marketing tied to loyalty status; win-backs for inactive members.

Example

A workflow fires on "tier upgrade to gold" and sends a branded welcome email with VIP perks.

Where to find it
Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → Loyalty. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
