Overview
Rules can target specific actions (any purchase, purchases above a threshold, specific line items), specific events (Wi-Fi login, booking made, first visit), and specific days or venues.
How it works
When a qualifying event lands on the guest profile, the matching rules evaluate and apply their reward (points, stamps, tier progression).
Core concepts
Trigger event
the profile-level event that starts evaluation.
Condition
filter on the event (amount, venue, time).
Reward
the points/stamp/tier step granted.
Usage & workflows
Basic accrual, double-points days, new-menu incentives, venue-specific rules.
Example
A "double-points Tuesday" rule runs for a month to drive midweek traffic.

Where to find it
Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → Loyalty. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
