Overview

It's not just name and email. The captive portal can capture age bracket, birthday, preferences, and marketing-channel opt-ins. Combined with the Wi-Fi system's visit record, you build a picture of who your guests actually are over time.

How it works

Portal fields are configurable per venue. On repeat visits, devices are recognised and the captured profile is updated silently — visit count increments, last-seen refreshes. Enriched fields feed into audiences and workflows immediately.

Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → Wi-Fi. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
