Guest Wi-Fi

Automatic CRM Sync

Summarygenerating…

Overview

Because Guest Wi-Fi writes directly to the unified guest profile, every login immediately makes the guest addressable in campaigns, segmentable in audiences, and enrollable in workflows. No ETL job, no overnight sync.

How it works

Splash submissions are written to the same guest-profile layer that powers every other Stampede module. Marketing audiences query that layer in real time; workflows subscribe to `wifi_login` events.

Core concepts

Unified profile

single guest record across Wi-Fi, bookings, payments, loyalty.

Real-time sync

profile updates visible to audiences and workflows within seconds.

Event trigger

`wifi_login` (first-time or repeat) is a first-class workflow trigger.

Usage & workflows

Every connected venue; the default behaviour, not a feature to enable.

Example

A "welcome workflow" begins the moment a guest logs in to Wi-Fi for the first time — email in 1 hour, offer in 3 days — with no separate integration.
