Overview

Login volume, return-visitor rate, dwell time, and device-level visit history feed the Analytics module. Trend lines show busy periods, loyal cohorts, and lapsed-visitor segments at a glance.

How it works

The Wi-Fi system tracks device-level sessions anonymously (MAC-based where legal) and ties them to profiles on login. Aggregations feed the Analytics module's footfall, cohort, and retention views.

Dwell time

how long a device stayed connected on a visit.

Return visitor

a device that has connected more than once.

Lapsed visitor

a previously regular guest who hasn't been back.

unique visiting devices per day.

Example

A GM spots a Tuesday dip in footfall and launches a midweek SMS to lapsed Wi-Fi regulars, lifting the following week's Tuesday by 18%.

Where to find it

Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → Wi-Fi. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
