Overview
Square handles the merchant account, hardware, and payment processing; PayOS reads transactions in real time and writes them to the Stampede guest profile. Onboarding uses your existing Square account.
How it works
On link-up, PayOS is authorised against your Square merchant account; every bill closed in Square emits an event consumed by PayOS and written into Stampede.

Where to find it
Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → PayOS. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
