Overview
What the guest ordered, how much they spent, and when they visited are written to the profile. Those fields drive audiences, workflows, and analytics.
How it works
Bill close event → line items, totals, timestamp, venue written to the profile; visit count and lifetime value increment.

Where to find it
Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → PayOS. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
