Overview

Rather than handing staff codes or asking guests to present vouchers, PayOS evaluates reward eligibility live at checkout. Eligible rewards (loyalty milestones, campaign vouchers, spend-based discounts) apply to the bill and are visible to staff.

How it works

At bill finalisation, PayOS queries the guest's active rewards and vouchers against the bill contents; eligible ones apply automatically (in order of highest guest benefit).

Configure this in the Stampede admin app under Admin → PayOS. Permissions are role-gated — contact your account owner to request access if you don't see it.
