What is a Stampede guest profile
Every interaction a guest has with a venue lands on one profile. That profile is the unit of marketing: the thing audiences query, workflows target and reports attribute to.
Everything attaches.
Bookings, Wi-Fi sign-ins, orders, reviews and loyalty all land on one record, matched on email and phone.
One guest, read once.
Name and contact, four headline stats, the tags you have given them, their consent and an AI read.
The unit of marketing.
Audiences query it, workflows target it and reports attribute to it. The same record across every venue.
When you'd use it
Read this first. Everything in Marketing, and much of front-of-house service and reporting, builds on the single guest profile.
How it behaves
Rather than living in silos, a guest’s bookings, Wi-Fi sign-ins, orders, reviews and loyalty all attach to one record. Records are matched automatically on email and phone, so a regular who books, connects to Wi-Fi and redeems rewards shows up as one profile, not several disconnected ones.
Open any guest to see a header with their name and contact, four headline stats, total spent, total visits, last visit and member since, the tags you have given them, their email, SMS and data consent, and an AI read of who they are. Below that, a most-recent summary across each source, then recent orders, booking history, reviews and form answers, each with its own place.
The same record follows a guest across every venue and brand you run, and a segment of profiles can be exported at any time. The profile is yours to keep, so you own the relationship rather than renting it back from a marketplace.

Good to know
Signals sharing an email or phone land on the same record; a different email elsewhere shows as a separate profile until matched.
