Open call
Not a job ad.An open call. For the curious.
Every role here co-ordinates AI agents. We hire curiosity, not credentials.
One open call.
One spec, any background, real scope.
We do not post vacancies by stack, seniority or title. There is one spec, and it is open to chefs, teachers, marketers, tradespeople, engineers and students alike. The agents handle the syntax; what we cannot automate is knowing what to ask for and whether what came back is right.
The job is closer to internal founder than employee. You hunt for friction across the company, point agents at it and own the result end to end. Support, sales, marketing, product, code: not five jobs, five directions you can push from one seat.
Co-ordinate the agents.
Five verbs cover the whole job.
Point agents at real problems across support, sales, marketing and product. You set the brief; the agents do the typing.
Work is only done when you have checked it. Taste and scepticism count for more than syntax.
Find the slow, manual, repeated jobs nobody thought to question, and remove them.
Build the rough version this week, show it working, then scale up what earns its keep.
The measure of the role is how much more everyone else ships because you exist.
What you need.
Five things. That is the whole list.
A genuine itch to know how things work, and why they break.
Something you have made, fixed or automated. Any medium counts, code or otherwise.
No one hands you a ticket here. You spot the problem and start before anyone asks.
You can explain a decision plainly, and change your mind when you are wrong.
You work from our office, alongside the team.
You do not need a degree, a particular stack, a set number of years or a previous title that sounds like this one.
Show, don't tell.
Skip the CV.
Send one thing you have made, fixed or automated, with a short note on how you did it and what you would point agents at here. That tells us more than any CV.
A few questions and a link. It takes about two minutes, and a human reads every one.
