What feeds a profile

To understand where a profile’s data comes from and why enabling more modules makes it richer.

Each connected part of the platform writes to the profile on its own: table bookings add reservations and no-shows, Wi-Fi adds sign-ins and session detail, payments add spend and line items, loyalty adds points and rewards, reviews add ratings and sentiment, and gift cards add balances. Each arrives as a signal with nothing to key in.

Answers captured on your forms, such as dietary notes or an occasion, attach too, and a social graph even links a guest to the companions they dined with and the guests they referred. Because everything writes to the same record, turning on another module immediately adds new signals to query, with no connector setup or field mapping.

• The more capture points ask for an email, the more complete each profile becomes.

• Each source has its own section on the profile, plus a most-recent summary across them.
