Submissions, consent and follow-up

Every submission is captured with its consent, lands on your guest records, and can be routed to your inbox for a reply.

When you'd use it

To make sure enquiries are answered promptly and captured cleanly.

How it behaves

Each submission creates or updates a guest profile, matched by email so there are no duplicates, with the answers and any tags attached and the contact added to your marketing list with a consent timestamp. Every submission is also listed in one place, searchable and filterable by form, venue and source, with the answers and the UTM parameters that show where it came from, and the whole list can be exported to CSV.

For follow-up, route a submission into your inbox as a thread when it needs a reply, and use the tags it applies to build an audience and market to the contacts it captured. Beyond the success message or redirect you set, there is no automatic reply to the guest.

  • The guest sees a success message or a redirect; there is no automatic email reply.
