Building a form
Toggle on the contact details you want, add custom questions for anything specific, and ask for marketing consent as part of the form.
When you'd use it
When you need to capture something specific: a newsletter sign-up, a competition entry, an event-interest page or feedback.
How it behaves
Give the form a name, add a message and a submit button, and choose what to collect. The standard contact details, email, first and last name, phone and birthday, are toggled on as needed, and every form can add custom questions for anything else.
Custom questions come in five types, short text, long text, a dropdown, a multi-select, and yes/no, and are drawn from a reusable question library you build up over time, so the same question can be asked across forms. Include a consent line so marketing permission is captured as part of the submission, and set a success message or a redirect for after they submit.

Good to know
Custom questions are what let one form serve a newsletter, a survey or a competition.
Consent captured here writes to the same profile field as every other channel.
Custom questions can be reordered and marked required.
