Setting up events

Set up an event with its own menu, deposit, party-size limits and capacity, and take deposits on events and larger bookings.

When you'd use it

For occasions that need different rules from everyday service, such as private dining or a supper club.

How it behaves

An event carries its own menu, deposit, party-size limits and capacity, separate from standard service, and can run a single night, a continuous run of days, or a handful of dates that are not back to back. Events use the same bookings and day-planner as the rest of your day.

Send a deposit link that reminds the guest and cancels the hold if it goes unpaid, and let the party pre-order their food ahead of a set-menu night so the kitchen is ready. An event can also run as a ticketed night, selling adult and child tickets up to a capacity instead of seating tables. Deposits are taken through the platform’s payments, not rung through the till.
