Capturing and tracking an enquiry
Capture a large or bespoke request with all its details in one place, then track it through clear stages so nothing stalls.
When you'd use it
For any large or bespoke request that needs a conversation before it becomes a booking.
How it behaves
An enquiry comes in from your website enquiry form and lands straight on the board, or your team adds one by hand from a call or an email. Either way it becomes a card carrying the guest, party size, date, what they are after and the budget they told you.
You move each card from pending to in-progress to tentative to booked, with finer sub-stages, triage, qualified, negotiation and closed, so everyone can see exactly where it stands, and the budget rolls up into your pipeline value. An enquiry can also be marked by what it is, a large group, a private event, a corporate booking or a special occasion, so the board reflects your mix of work.
