How the inbox works
The unified inbox collects guest messages from different channels into one shared place, shows each as a conversation, and links every exchange to the guest’s profile.
When you'd use it
Read this first to see how messages arrive, how a team works them, and how they connect to the rest of the platform.
How it behaves
Booking enquiries, waitlist messages, website form submissions, reviews, gift-card queries, and email and SMS conversations all arrive in one inbox, each grouped into a single thread against the guest, with their profile, bookings and history right beside it. It replaces skipping between a mailbox, the booking site and a stack of voicemails.
Any team member can read and reply, answering on the channel the guest used, so cover does not depend on one person. Each thread is open or closed, unread messages are flagged, and it can be assigned to an owner or subscribers, with an internal note to hand things over cleanly.
It is real-time: new messages appear live and are flagged so they do not sit unread, and you can reply to booking messages straight from the day-planner.

Good to know
Guest messages land in the shared Stampede inbox rather than a personal mailbox nobody else can see.
The whole team sees the same history and who is on it, so there is no "I was told that".
