Monitoring and the unified inbox
Your Google reviews and the reviews guests leave with you directly land in one feedback inbox, tagged by source, rating and sentiment, so nothing is missed.
When you'd use it
For daily monitoring across venues, and quick response to negative reviews.
How it behaves
Google reviews are pulled in and dropped into a single feedback inbox alongside the reviews guests leave with you directly, so there is no logging into separate dashboards. Each review is tagged by source, star rating and sentiment, with the keywords guests used surfaced on the row.
The inbox can be searched and filtered by platform, sentiment, rating and venue, reviews can be marked done, and replies post back to Google from inside the platform. Reviews left with you directly are replied to by email through the inbox.

Good to know
Google is the connected public source that is pulled in; TripAdvisor and other sites are routing destinations, not ingested.
Reviews sit on the same guest profile as bookings, Wi-Fi and loyalty.
