How it behaves
Find competitors by searching nearby or by name on Google, and add the ones you want to watch to a tracked set. Each is followed by its Google listing, so its public rating and reviews are pulled in for comparison.
Side by side, you can compare star ratings and the pace at which each venue is gaining reviews, so a rival pulling ahead shows up early. An AI comparison reads their reviews and yours to surface the aspects guests raise, what they praise and what they complain about, and highlights the differences, with a summary and a prediction of where the gap is heading.
It is shown on a map and as ratings and trend charts, for a single venue or across the estate.
