How it behaves
At the till, the team can link the guest to their Stampede profile, carrying their tags, dietary notes and allergies, so the order is tied to the right person. When the payment is taken, the spend is captured against that profile, so a walk-in becomes a name you can bring back.
Square tables can be mapped to reservation tables, so a booked table connects to the order taken against it, and deposits or pre-order payments taken at the booking step stay attached to the booking.
Loyalty runs at the till too. The team can scan a guest’s loyalty QR to load their profile, points are earned on spend, and points or a gift card can be applied as a tender against the bill.
