SMS campaigns
Short branded text messages suit time-sensitive offers, reminders and win-backs, sent to guests who opted in to text.
When you'd use it
For same-day reminders, flash offers, urgent win-backs and post-visit prompts.
How it behaves
Compose a short message, up to 130 characters, with the character count shown as you type; the text is tidied to standard SMS characters on save. Messages carry the venue’s sender name, and go to a saved audience of guests opted in to text.
Send now or schedule it, or run it as an automation that texts each new guest who matches. SMS runs on prepaid credits, one per message, with the balance and every message’s cost kept in the SMS ledger. Guests who opt out are tracked and dropped from future sends.

Good to know
SMS suits a tight, relevant audience because each message costs a credit.
SMS is sent only to guests opted in to text.
Attribution for SMS comes from a spend-per-head figure and in-venue visits, not link clicks.
