How it behaves

Bookings, spend, Wi-Fi visits, reviews, marketing and loyalty all write to reporting as they happen, with nothing to key in, and it is aggregated into totals, trends and comparisons. The numbers come from one place instead of five tools stitched together.

Read the whole estate at a glance from head office, then drill into a single venue and read it on its own, over any date range, and compare one period against another. Every record carries a venue, so the same metrics roll up to a group level and break down per venue, and each team only sees the venues they run.

Figures are kept up to date through the day as guests interact, with some of the heavier numbers rolled up in the background, so it is a dependable daily picture rather than a live ticker.
